DISCOVERY PROCESS

For all projects, the first step to this journey is the Discovery process, which includes a series of workshops around topics related to each client’s Go To Market or Customer-facing processes. We document current processes and we evaluate and prioritize performance gaps in order to adequately move to the next phase.

Solution design phase

After aligning on which gaps that you as our client would like to address, we then begin the Solution Design phase.
During this phase, we focus on documenting business requirements that are translated into specifications for our technical team. These requirements provide alignment on what success looks like for each project and these specifications give our resources their marching orders during the Development Phase.

During the Development Phase, utilizing Agile methodologies, our technical team builds the required solution as designed during the previous phase. They also perform Quality Assurance testing to ensure that the code being written and the configurations being executed are of the highest quality prior to being shared with users.

User Acceptance
Testing (UAT)

Once our Technical Team is satisfied with the quality of the code and the configurations, we provide users with training and we manage the necessary rounds of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

We also fix any issues that are uncovered during UAT and re-test each necessary scenario until acceptable test results are produced.

Project completion

Upon successful completion of UAT, we migrate the solution that has been built and tested to the client’s production environment. To ensure a smooth transition, we also monitor the performance of the application to adequately support users and to identify and fix any issues that may occur in production.
